Terms and Conditions
All bookings with Emirates Bus Rental are subject to the terms and conditions below, as well as any specific booking conditions of the relevant travel supplier. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that they have read, understood, and agreed to both prior to making a booking.
Delays to Service
Emirates Bus Rental accepts no responsibility or liability for delays caused by traffic congestion, road accidents, adverse weather, police checks, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Both parties expressly acknowledge that, in the transport industry, delays can occur as a normal part of operations without negligence on the part of the bus rental company (such as delays due to previous customer schedules, traffic, accidents, or mechanical issues).
If for any reason the driver has to re-route due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances and cannot reach the destination on time, neither the driver nor Emirates Bus Rental shall be held liable for any loss incurred, including but not limited to missed flights, alternative transport costs, missed events, or late arrivals to meetings.
If the allocated vehicle suffers a mechanical issue before or during the journey and no replacement can be provided, Emirates Bus Rental will not be liable for any losses or compensation of any kind. At management’s discretion, a deposit refund may be considered.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings made with Emirates Bus Rental are non-refundable under any circumstances. A 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will be charged if the hirer cancels the booking.
Note: The cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the hirer’s card if the journey is cancelled. Refunds or credit rollovers are entirely at the sole discretion of Emirates Bus Rental.
Any approved refunds will be processed within 30–45 business days from the date of approval.
Coach & Minibus Bookings
All payments must be cleared 10–14 days prior to the travel date for the booking to be confirmed. If full payment is not received within this timeframe, Emirates Bus Rental reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
In cases where vehicles are unavailable due to accident or mechanical breakdown, Emirates Bus Rental may allocate multiple smaller vehicles to complete the journey.
Damages & Spillage
Any damage or spillage caused by passengers will incur a minimum fine of AED 750, payable directly to the driver. This includes spillage of soft drinks, water, juices, coffee, tea, alcohol, or any other liquid.
If passengers are found to be intoxicated, abusive, or disrespectful, the driver and Emirates Bus Rental reserve the right to refuse boarding or terminate the journey. In such cases, no refund will be issued and a penalty of AED 1,250 will be charged for inconvenience caused.
All fines for misuse, damages, or spillages must be paid in cash to the driver. Drinking of alcohol is strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing prior to booking and is still subject to driver’s discretion on the day of travel.
Extra Drop-Offs / Reroutes / Extra Hours
Additional drop-offs not included in the original booking will be charged at AED 50–100 per stop, payable in cash to the driver.
Extra waiting or extension of service, if agreed by the driver, will be charged at a minimum of AED 200 per hour and AED 400 per hour thereafter.
Use of Amenities
The use of onboard pantry, lavatory, audio/video systems, and Wi-Fi is strictly subject to the discretion of the driver and Emirates Bus Rental management.
The driver or company may deny usage of these amenities before, during, or after the trip. Under no circumstances will refunds or compensation be issued for denied amenity usage.
Vehicle Availability
The exact coach or minibus model provided may vary and is subject to availability. For logistical reasons, Emirates Bus Rental may deploy multiple vehicles to complete a journey.
Final Note
In the event of cancellation by the customer, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
